Help! We Bought A Village Returns to Channel 4 (UK)

Viewers of the UK's Channel 4 will be excitedly looking forward to the second series of Help! We Bought a Village.  Created by production company True North and categorised as 'Factual Entertainment', the fascinating programme first hit UK television screens in 2022 when Series 1 (with twenty, 45-minute episodes) introduced us to buyers of ghost towns, villages, hamlets and borgos across Europe.

In a format familiar to fans of Escape to The Chateau:DIY, viewers of Help! We Bought a Village were introduced to adventurous property buyers from the UK who were on their own journeys of village ownership in various corners of Europe.  The series followed owners in France, Italy and Spain as they navigated the highs and lows of buying, rescuing and renovating their unique fiefdoms.

The series provides a unique insight in to village ownership in Europe whilst showcasing the wide range of incredible properties on offer to those seeking a property opportunity of this type. As proponents of village buying, we are big fans of the show and love to see buyers making the most of the numerous business and lifestyle advantages on offer to owners of a village, hamlet, ghost town or borgo.

Series 2 of Help! We Bought a Village is available on Channel 4 (UK) at 5pm on 16th October 2023 and will take viewers across Europe to France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Bulgaria.
