Just imagine owning your own village or ghost town!
You decide what it looks like, what facilities are there, who else lives there and much more. Your own little fiefdom. That's what we'd love to do although we haven't quite managed it yet.
In the meantime, we continue to feed our village-owning appetite by helping buyers of; ghost towns, abandoned villages and entire turn-key villages/hamlets find the property they're actually looking for.
Until now, the process of village hunting has been somewhat laborious
so we decided to bite the bullet and do what we've talked about for far too long – provide a single website where villages and ghost towns could be listed for sale.
We help agents and owners ensure that their special slice of real estate gets the attention it deserves.
In addition to an agent listing their ghost town or village for sale on a mainstream property portal (and then trying to achieve some press coverage) we step in to present the village to a more targeted audience whilst also improving the likelihood of further media/online coverage. If it's easier for writers and influencers to find villages and ghost towns for sale it will be more likely they'll share relevant properties to their readers/viewers.
